- User-guides
- Staff training (on site/designed regional meeting)
- Telephone support
- Online support
- Training videos
Parents Awareness
Way2Pay also encourage parent engagement rates across your schools offering several points of engagement for each parent community.
Parents engagement includes:
- Printed gloss letters for distribution in the school
- SMS
- Notification on the school website
- Parent presentations (optional)
Support includes:
- Phone lines
- Ticketing / Forum
- Videos
We will distribute the letters during onsite training sessions in each school.
Head Office - Consultation and Training
Way2Pay also work with each Government or Regional Head Office Department through the on-boarding process. This will include onsite meeting with Merchant Services and Banking Gateway in house training on Banking Reconciliation, Head Office Accounts System Integration and Way2Pay Superuser Log in’s for Drill down capabilities and individual site viewing. This will be supported with specialized user-guide and training videos.
